Adaptability of SMT placement machine

When the SMT placement machine is converted from assembling one type of PCB to assembling another type of PCB, the re-programming of the placement machine, the replacement of the feeder, the adjustment of the PCB transmission mechanism and the positioning table, and the adjustment / replacement of the SMT patch head should be carried out.

1 Programming the placement machine. Two programming methods, manual instruction programming and computer programming, are commonly used in placement machines. Low-grade placement machines often use manual teaching programming, higher-grade placement machines are computer programming;

2 Replacement of feeder. (a) In order to reduce the time taken to replace the feeder, the most common method is to use the "quick release" feeder, and the faster method is to replace the feeder rack so that the feeder of the components on each PCB type is mounted on a separate feeder rack for replacement;
